Desired Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching license—Tier 3 or Tier 4 only (required for consideration)
• Experience working with students with autism and diverse learning needs preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability in a changing classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support to elementary students in the Ready, Set, Launch program

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every learner is valued and respected
