What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction within the Ready Set Launch center-based program
• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s specific needs
• Closely monitor progress, adjusting strategies to meet evolving learning goals
• Collaborate closely with team members, including support staff and other educators within the LAUNCH and DCD programs
• Build positive relationships with students and their families, offering consistent support and guidance
• Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment every day
