Special Education Teacher - Osseo, Minnesota

• A valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)

• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability in dynamic settings

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide direct specialized instruction as part of the Ready, Set, Launch program
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique profile
• Foster a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Apply evidence-based interventions that promote academic and social-emotional growth
• Partner with colleagues and families to ensure holistic support for each learner
• Maintain detailed records and data to inform instructional decisions and progress monitoring

This full-time contract position runs from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll be part of a program that’s shaping futures, supporting students Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week.
