Key Requirements:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Prior experience in special education classrooms, preferably working with students with autism or developmental delays
- Strong teamwork, communication, and instructional adaptation skills
- Ability to follow educational plans and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Submission of both MN Special Education Teacher license and current resume is mandatory for consideration
Position Highlights:
- Full-time contract assignment following the school calendar (Monday–Friday)
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Start date: August 31, 2026; End date: June 10, 2027
- Located within the elementary-level "Ready, Set, Launch" program, supporting elementary-age learners with autism and complex needs
- Involvement with district LAUNCH and DCD programs, fostering inclusive strategies and comprehensive student support
- Foster a welcoming, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other professionals and families to monitor and guide student progress
- Implement and modify lessons to meet individual student IEP goals
