Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in the Denver area as a dedicated speech-language professional. This position is perfect for someone energized by working directly in schools and ready to make a difference. You'll be working onsite at one campus with a mild-to-moderate caseload, providing vital speech and language services to a diverse group of students.

You’ll enjoy a part-time schedule, typically totaling 14-15 hours across two full days per week, making this a fantastic fit for professionals seeking balance alongside impactful work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited university in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
  • Current Colorado Department of Education certification
  • Active Colorado SLP License (acceptable titles: Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth through 21)
  • Experience in school settings with mild to moderate caseloads is preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of district-required background check and fingerprinting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a school-aged population with varying needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, produce progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for each student
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and family members to foster student growth
