Speech Language Pathologist in Englewood, CO

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid Colorado Department of Education Certification
• Current Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist credential for ages birth–21)
• Thorough understanding of mild to moderate caseloads and experience (or readiness) to serve diverse student populations
• Proficient with IEP documentation and progress tracking
• Successful completion of required background checks through the district website

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students (caseload specifics and school assignments to be determined)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children and young adults
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain compliant, timely records and reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development activities
