Make a difference in the lives of students by providing exceptional speech-language support in a well-established educational environment. A part-time contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite at a single campus within the Denver area, backfilling for mild to moderate caseloads. This assignment will involve two full days per week (14-15 hours/week) and is set to run through May 26, 2027.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate needs (birth through 21 years).
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and legal requirements.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support student success.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to evaluations and eligibility assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certification.
  • Active Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth through 21).
  • Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred.
  • Must successfully complete district background check and fingerprinting requirements prior to start.
