Key qualifications and experience:

• Active Colorado SLP State License and Educator Certificate required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience, especially with early childhood, is highly valued
• Comfortable supervising an SLPA
• Capable of working onsite; hybrid arrangements may be considered if able to supervise in person at least three days a week

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 50-55 early childhood students
• Complete assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ communication and educational needs
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Maintain thorough records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
