Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with communication needs in a school-based setting near Englewood, CO. This full-time role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference in a collaborative, educational environment. You’ll begin as soon as possible and provide services throughout the academic year, through May 26, 2027. Expect to work 35 hours each week, with specific campus assignments and caseload details set prior to your start. Most caseloads are anticipated to be mild to moderate, serving students from early childhood through adolescence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification
  • Active Colorado SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist; ages birth–21)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, particularly supporting K–12 students
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Ability to complete district-specific background check requirements efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to students per Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat mild-to-moderate speech and language disorders
  • Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Engage in professional development and support a positive school culture
