You'll have the chance to make a real difference from now through late May 2027, working full-time hours throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
- Current Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist credentials all accepted, covering ages birth through 21)
- Experience or comfort working with mild to moderate caseloads preferred
- Ability to complete a district-specific background check as part of the hiring process
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, collaborative attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to students in a school setting
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders within your assigned caseload
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Monitor student progress, update IEPs as necessary, and provide ongoing support to ensure student growth
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
- Fully onsite presence at assigned school locations, with assignments and age groups to be determined according to school needs
