School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Littleton, Colorado

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
• Current Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist credentials all accepted, covering ages birth through 21)
• Experience or comfort working with mild to moderate caseloads preferred
• Ability to complete a district-specific background check as part of the hiring process
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to students in a school setting
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders within your assigned caseload
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, update IEPs as necessary, and provide ongoing support to ensure student growth
• Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
• Fully onsite presence at assigned school locations, with assignments and age groups to be determined according to school needs
