School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Denver, Colorado

Step into a rewarding role helping students thrive as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This is an onsite, part-time opportunity serving one supportive campus in the Denver area, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 26, 2027. Enjoy a collaborative environment as you provide vital speech and language services to a mild-to-moderate caseload.

In this position, you will work two full days each week (14–15 hours), dedicating your expertise to Vega Collegiate Academy students across a variety of age groups. Your guidance will help them develop essential communication skills, positively impacting their educational journey.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited institution
• Active Colorado DOE Certification
• Colorado SLP License (or equivalent credentials for ages birth through 21)
• Recent experience as a school-based SLP, preferably with mild-to-moderate needs
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff and families
• Skilled in education-related documentation, evaluation, and progress monitoring

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct speech-language services and interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support student communication growth
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
• Maintain detailed records and case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
