Step into a dynamic part-time opportunity serving students in the Denver area as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract role is tailored for licensed SLP professionals passionate about making a difference in a school-based setting. You’ll work onsite two full days each week, supporting a mild to moderate caseload at a single campus, Vega Collegiate Academy, through the end of May 2027.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Current Colorado SLP license—may include:
    • Speech-Language Pathologist (birth–21 years)
    • Speech Connectionist (birth–21 years)
    • Speech Therapist (birth–21 years)
  • Experience with school-aged populations and mild-moderate communication needs
  • Ability to complete all required background check and fingerprint clearance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working onsite (no remote/teletherapy positions available for this role)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct assessment and intervention services to students with mild to moderate speech and language challenges
  • Maintain clear documentation of student progress, IEPs, and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure each student’s success
  • Advocate for student needs and help foster an inclusive educational environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development, as needed
