Special Education Teacher - Anoka, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience or strong interest in serving students with autism and developmental differences

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored instruction to elementary students within the Ready, Set, Launch program
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with other educators and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and document goal attainment
• Foster a positive, structured classroom environment where all learners feel valued
• Engage with families, providing frequent updates and resources
