Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting young learners from PreK3 through 3rd grade. This onsite, contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing vital speech and language services to elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities. You’ll work closely with an enthusiastic educational team in a nurturing environment, helping approximately 60 students develop essential communication skills.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid, current SLP-CCC certification
  • State licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Able to work in-person during designated school hours
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions within the elementary school setting, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM–3:15 PM
  • Provide consultative services to faculty and families as needed
