Qualifications:

• Current, active Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in Maryland school settings preferred
• Comfort working with K-12 diverse caseloads, including moderate to severe needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable mindset for itinerant travel between school sites

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy onsite for assigned students
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's success
• Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
• Travel between designated schools as part of your weekly schedule
