Qualifications:
- Current, active Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in Maryland school settings preferred
- Comfort working with K-12 diverse caseloads, including moderate to severe needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Adaptable mindset for itinerant travel between school sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy onsite for assigned students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's success
- Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Travel between designated schools as part of your weekly schedule
