Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and active Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Prior experience working in Maryland schools preferred
• Ability to provide services in a school-based, onsite-only setting
• Experience with moderate to severe self-contained high school caseloads is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve a varied K-12 spot fill caseload, ensuring individualized attention for each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy for moderate to severe cases in a self-contained high school setting
• Travel between school sites as an itinerant SLP, ensuring flexible and comprehensive coverage
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs and student progress plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and best student outcomes
