Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid and current Maryland state SLP license
• Prior experience in school settings is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress
• Lead both group and individual therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting
• Support students across high school, technology center, and elementary school settings
