School Occupational Therapist - Lawrence, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
• Experience supporting a range of student needs across K-12 grade levels preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Adaptability, compassion, and a student-centered mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support students’ academic participation and functional independence
• Work closely with IEP teams, contributing to goal-setting and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student success in the classroom
