Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current and active OT license required
- Experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting (K-12)
- Demonstrated ability to work with students across various ages and needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working ONSITE three days weekly
- Background in collaborating with teachers and families to support student development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy to K-12 students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Assess, plan, and document treatment processes according to established guidelines
- Develop IEP goals and progress monitoring for assigned students
- Consult and collaborate with educational teams and families
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other relevant activities
- Maintain up-to-date student records in compliance with school and state requirements
