School-Based Physical Therapist - Lawrence, Massachusetts

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PT evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and deliver therapy to students across all grade levels
• Consult with educators and families to promote best practices for student access and mobility in the classroom
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights for accommodations and supports
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in school-based PT

This school-based contract position offers flexibility with per diem scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026, to June 14, 2027, and is located onsite, conveniently near Lawrence, MA.
