Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PT evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and deliver therapy to students across all grade levels
- Consult with educators and families to promote best practices for student access and mobility in the classroom
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights for accommodations and supports
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in school-based PT
This school-based contract position offers flexibility with per diem scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026, to June 14, 2027, and is located onsite, conveniently near Lawrence, MA.
