What You’ll Bring:

• Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Passion for fostering student independence and participation within the school environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload spanning ages from kindergarten through high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning within the classroom setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services, utilizing best practices for students with diverse needs
• Document evaluations, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your expertise to educational planning
• Provide resources and strategies for teachers and families to support student development
