Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school-based setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to individualized student care
Duties and Expectations:
- Deliver direct OT services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Conduct assessments to develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document evaluation results, goals, interventions, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Consult with school staff, parents, and caregivers to maximize student participation in the classroom and school activities
- Create functional, student-centered strategies for diverse needs
This position is full onsite, covering 3 days per week throughout the school year from September 1, 2026, to June 14, 2027. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in a supportive school environment and develop impactful professional relationships.
