What you bring:

• Master’s or higher in School Psychology and relevant certification
• Background in behavioral assessment and counseling within school settings
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and social-emotional learning
• Experience completing Functional Behavioral Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with MTSS, IEP, and Section 504 processes
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision making

Your impact:

• Provide individual and small-group counseling for students enrolled in the Promising Students Program
• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations
• Develop and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings as a valued team member
• Assist with crisis response, safety planning, and transition support as needed
• Help drive positive behavioral change and reduce barriers to academic achievement

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week contract position.
