Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential
• Solid foundation in behavioral and counseling techniques
• Experience with trauma-informed practices (preferred)
• Demonstrated skill conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
• Knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Effective collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with MTSS frameworks is a plus

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and small group counseling to support student mental health
• Conduct thorough psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations
• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and assist in developing/monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans
• Support MTSS interventions, consult with teachers and families to implement strategies
• Attend IEP and Section 504 meetings, contribute to crisis response and safety planning
• Develop transition plans that enable successful student reintegration into home schools
