This contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week. Your expertise as a school psychologist will be key, with responsibilities such as:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for high school students
• Writing detailed, insightful assessment reports
• Actively participating in IEP meetings and supporting the development of plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborating daily with district staff and educators to foster student success
• Contributing to diagnostic and consultation efforts as part of an integrated support team

What we’re seeking:

• Active Delaware School Psychologist license is required (please be prepared to provide your current license)
• Previous experience in a school-based role, ideally supporting high school-aged students
• Solid background in administering psychoeducational evaluations and creating evaluation reports
• History of effective participation in IEP meetings and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to five days per week, fully in-person—no hybrid, part-time, or virtual options available
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting within the first week of employment (candidate pays upfront)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support consistent onsite attendance
