Step into a rewarding role providing vital support to high school students as a school psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, on-site position focuses on psychoeducational evaluations, thorough report writing, active participation in IEP meetings, and close collaboration with district staff to address and support student needs. The assignment runs from late August through mid-June, offering a consistent, engaging schedule at a single high school location.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active School Psychologist license in Delaware (must submit with application)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting, ideally at the high school level
  • Strong background conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute as part of an IEP team and collaborate effectively with educators and staff
  • Committed to working onsite, five days per week (no remote or hybrid options)
  • Reliable transportation for daily attendance
  • Willingness to complete Red Clay fingerprinting within the first days of assignment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for high school students
  • Prepare detailed, actionable reports and present findings to educational teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to help craft and implement individualized support plans
