What you’ll bring:

• Active Delaware (DE) School Psychologist license (required at application)
• Previous experience within school settings, particularly at the high school level, strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skill in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Solid background in report writing and documenting student progress
• Participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration
• Comfort working consistently onsite, full-time—Monday through Friday
• Reliable transportation to fulfill in-person attendance five days per week
• Willingness to complete necessary fingerprinting upon hire

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing psychoeducational evaluations for high school students, utilizing best practices and standardized tools
• Compiling formal reports summarizing assessment results and actionable recommendations
• Acting as a core member of IEP teams and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student needs are met
