Job Description

This contract position offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated educational team and provide essential services in a supportive environment. You’ll be working at a single high school site, giving you the ability to build meaningful relationships with both students and staff members.
Schedule for this role is conveniently set from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The assignment runs from August 27, 2026, through June 17, 2027, aligning with the school calendar and allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification – required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting
- Expertise in conducting psychological and academic evaluations
- Strong ability to interpret assessment data and guide interventions
- Collaborative mindset for teaming with educators, parents, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50-60 psychoeducational evaluations over the course of the year
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and necessary interventions
- Develop and implement strategies to support academic and social-emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with eligibility determinations
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to federal, state, and district policies
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
