Special Education Teacher - Osseo, MN

This part-time position supports an elementary ABS caseload, working closely with colleagues and families to foster growth and student success in a collaborative setting. The assignment follows a school-year calendar, building your experience while maintaining work-life balance.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Prior experience supporting students with special needs at the elementary level preferred
• Strong skills in adapting curriculum, developing IEPs, and applying interventions
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Your contributions will include:

• Providing specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with their IEPs
• Collaborating with staff, administration, and families to support student learning
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction as needed
• Maintaining comprehensive records and participating in IEP meetings
• Creating and implementing engaging, differentiated learning strategies

This contract offers a flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 18 hours per week, Monday through Friday). You’ll work in a supportive school environment dedicated to student-centered learning.
