Make an impact in the lives of students by providing school psychology services in a full-time, contract role for the upcoming academic year. This position offers the opportunity to support a diverse K-12 caseload and be a vital resource to students, families, and staff in the special education process. Located near Enosburg Falls, VT, you’ll enjoy working in a collaborative educational environment where your expertise is valued and your professional development is supported.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification, or eligibility for certification in Vermont
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP process, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate student records and documentation
  • Commitment to supporting the unique needs of students with disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students referred to special education services
  • Interpret assessment results and participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student needs and evidence-based interventions
  • Offer direct services to students, including counseling or skill-building as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
  • Help create positive, inclusive learning environments across grade levels

This contract, full-time opportunity encompasses the entire 2025-2026 school year, allowing for meaningful relationships and impactful work with students spanning kindergarten through high school.
