Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience in schools or youth-centered settings, conducting evaluations and providing counseling services
- Strong understanding of educational assessments, special education processes, and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Develop and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct support and interventions to students through counseling and skill-building
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to implement strategies for student learning and social-emotional development
- Assist in designing prevention and crisis intervention programs within the school community
