Step into an engaging opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services in a dynamic school environment near Littleton, CO. This onsite, full-time contract role is ideal for talented SLPs who enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success. You’ll partner with educators and families to deliver speech and language interventions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents (age group specifics and caseload to be determined, likely mild to moderate). The assignment runs from ASAP through late May 2027, offering stability and professional growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active Colorado Department of Education certification
  • Active Colorado SLP license—applicants with titles such as Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist (serving birth through age 21) will be considered
  • Thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for school-aged populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must complete district-required background check procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied service providers
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Screen and assess students to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
  • Consult with educators on effective communication strategies within the classroom
