This contract position offers the opportunity to support growth and communication development for a diverse caseload at a single school. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Department of Education certification
  • Active Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist covering ages birth through 21)
  • Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
  • Ability to complete district background check and fingerprinting promptly

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in a K-12 setting with mild to moderate needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and ensure compliance with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and participation in IEP meetings
  • Provide services onsite for 2 full days per week at one campus (Vega Collegiate Academy)
