What you'll bring to the role:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Active CO Department of Education credential
• Current Colorado SLP license (may be as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist serving ages birth through 21)
• Schools-based experience (preferred), or a passion for serving diverse student populations
• Ability to complete a district background check as part of onboarding

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering skilled speech-language therapy to students across various age groups and ability levels
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Performing assessments and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Working closely with teachers and team members to ensure optimal student progress
• Potentially traveling between multiple campuses within the district, as assigned
