• Previous supervisory experience or willingness to oversee an SLPA
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time; open to a hybrid schedule for candidates able to supervise an SLPA, with a minimum of three days in-person

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to early childhood students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and required reports
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, guiding clinical practices and supporting their professional growth
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other related service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements pertaining to school-based speech-language pathology
