Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist eager to make a difference with high school students in an engaging educational setting. This full-time assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through May 2027, with the potential to extend for the remainder of the school year. You’ll be working onsite, collaborating with school staff and directly supporting students’ success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active School Psychologist licensure and certification in the state of Connecticut
  • Previous school-based experience, especially at the high school level
  • Expertise in evaluation administration and PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work on a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a high school caseload, conducting evaluations and assessments
  • Leading and participating in PPT meetings, developing and submitting required reports
  • Consulting with faculty, parents, and allied professionals to address student needs
  • Providing recommendations for academic, behavioral, and emotional interventions
  • Supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth throughout the school year
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records according to district and state regulations

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
