Key Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Educator Certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working within educational settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, parents, and outside professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
  • Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to support student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
  • Support a positive school culture with proactive interventions and initiatives
