Key Qualifications:
- Current Connecticut Educator Certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, parents, and outside professionals
- Committed to ethical practice and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to support student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Support a positive school culture with proactive interventions and initiatives
