Occupational Therapist School Setting in Seymour, WI

Bring your expertise in school-based occupational therapy to a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and success. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to positively impact young learners by providing OT services in an engaging school environment near Seymour, WI. You’ll work closely with students, staff, and families to deliver high-quality care throughout the academic year.

What You'll Contribute:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Experience or strong interest in working in K-12 educational settings
• Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting
• Collaborative approach with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Adaptability to various caseloads and comfort delivering services on-site
• Professionalism, patience, and strong organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students with diverse needs
• Support and document students’ progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Consult with educators and families to ensure strategies are implemented across school settings
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
