Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Ohio OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities
• Team-oriented mindset, with a dedication to fostering students’ growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support within school environments
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per state and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
