Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state OT license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Compassion for supporting diverse learners, with adaptability to meet a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the district-wide OT supporting roughly 30 students
  • Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student goals
  • Monitor progress and update documentation according to district and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic recommendations into the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and expertise in developing student plans
  • Travel between school sites within the district as needed
