Occupational Therapist School Setting in Greencastle, IN

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively supervise support staff or COTAs as needed
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs of students ages 3–14

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for students requiring occupational therapy
• Provide supervision and guidance for therapy staff as appropriate
• Develop and recommend individualized intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
