Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and success through expert evaluation services. A dynamic school setting seeks a dedicated full-time School Psychologist for an onsite position focused exclusively on conducting comprehensive evaluations—no counseling required.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and contribute to effective educational planning. Your expertise will help provide clear and actionable recommendations that assist students in reaching their fullest potential throughout the full school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
  • Previous experience providing school-based psychoeducational evaluations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of special education processes and eligibility requirements
  • Proficient in administering a range of assessment tools and interpreting results
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to equity, supporting students from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to complete detailed evaluation reports within established timelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all required student psychological and psychoeducational assessments
  • Participate actively in eligibility meetings and IEP teams as an evaluation specialist
  • Prepare comprehensive, legally-defensible evaluation reports
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding evaluation outcomes and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Serve as a resource on evaluation practices and eligibility criteria throughout the school community
