This contract opportunity, located near Manchester, CT, runs from ASAP through June and is perfect for professionals who excel in assessment and collaborative education settings. With a Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 am–2:30 pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch), you’ll work regular school hours and devote your skills exclusively to conducting comprehensive student evaluations—no ongoing counseling duties required.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Connecticut School Psychologist (CT PSYCH) license
- Demonstrated experience in school psychology, especially in student evaluations at the high school level
- Strong familiarity with special education procedures, psychoeducational assessments, and legal compliance in schools
- Ability to write detailed reports and communicate findings to IEP teams and families
- Knowledge of adolescent development and assessment strategies for secondary students
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
