Make a meaningful impact as a bilingual School Psychologist in a supportive educational environment! This contract position starts in late August and continues through the end of May. You’ll be a key part of a dedicated team, working onsite and supporting students for the 2026–2027 academic year. Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Educator Certificate required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in school settings preferred
  • Comfort working with various grade levels and caseloads
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological evaluations, assessments, and counseling services to students across all grade levels
  • Support individualized education planning through collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote positive student behavior and social-emotional development
  • Provide crisis intervention and consult on behavior management strategies
  • Work closely with parents and educators, offering culturally sensitive support and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal educational guidelines
