Expand your impact as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist by supporting students in a vibrant educational environment near Sugar Land, TX. This is a full-time, contract position serving elementary-aged students in a dynamic and diverse setting. As a valued member of the team, your expertise will ensure students receive tailored communication support in both English and Spanish. The work is fully onsite, providing hands-on collaboration with school staff and direct interaction with students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • School-based experience required; comfortable serving elementary caseloads
  • Self-contained classroom experience is a plus
  • No educator credential required
  • SLPA or CFY candidates will not be considered for this role
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services for elementary students
  • Support multilingual learners, adapting interventions as needed for English-Spanish bilingual needs
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement IEP goals and interventions
  • Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process and student progress updates
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and district standards
  • Participate in student support meetings and school-based team initiatives

This position offers the chance to work a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (35 hours per week), on a rewarding campus-based team through the academic year ending in June 2027.
