Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cypress, TX

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced bilingual (English-Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) who are passionate about empowering elementary students to communicate and thrive. This is a full-time, on-site contract role based near Cypress, TX, serving schools in the Houston area from now through early June 2027. There are two openings to support learners primarily at elementary campuses, with potential involvement in self-contained settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (no Clinical Fellows or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for this opportunity)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong experience working within school settings, especially elementary and self-contained
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language intervention to a diverse elementary caseload
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized plans
• Manage timelines and compliance documentation
• Foster a positive, supportive environment where students can build essential communication skills
