Qualifications:
- Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in schools delivering speech services (early childhood center experience highly valued)
- Prior exposure to both self-contained and general education settings preferred
- Comfortably manage caseloads split between campuses
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in elementary and/or secondary settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Evaluate and document student growth and needs
- Maintain accurate records related to therapy sessions and progress
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed
