Job Description
Make an impact supporting students as a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic, engaging educational environment near Sugar Land, TX. Work onsite in elementary settings, utilizing both your English and Spanish skills to foster student growth and communication development. This is a contract position available immediately and continuing through June 5, 2027, offering consistent, full-time hours (35 per week across 4-5 days).
What you bring:
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven school-based experience, ideally within elementary populations
- Experience supporting students in self-contained classrooms (preferred)
- Commitment to working onsite (remote or teletherapy not available for this role)
- Strong communication, flexibility, and collaborative skills
- Ability to provide documentation verifying licensure and credentials
Your role in this setting will include:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy services to diverse student groups
- Conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
