Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required; no SLPA or CFs at this time)
- Demonstrated recent experience in school settings (elementary or secondary)
- Ability to support students across multiple locations; flexibility to work at 2 campuses as needed
- Prior work in self-contained classrooms or early childhood environments a major advantage
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach
What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized and group therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs across diverse age groups
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student IEP goals
- Travel between campuses within the district to offer comprehensive support
- Consult and collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to assess progress and adjust interventions
- Document sessions, progress, and maintain thorough compliance with district and state requirements
