Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Your role will include providing direct speech-language therapy services, conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
• Active Minnesota SLP licensure
• Current PELSB certification
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Delivering speech-language therapy services to K-5 students in accordance with IEPs
• Assessing and re-evaluating students’ speech and language abilities
• Documenting progress, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education staff
• Attending IEP meetings and contributing to goal-setting
• Participating in RTI/MTSS initiatives as needed
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal special education regulations
